Introduction
This is Ao, and in today's blog, I will be reviewing a classic episode from The Simpsons. The title of this episode is 'Brother, can you spare two dimes?'. This is final episode in season 3. It first aired in 1992.

Plot Summary
In this episode, Homer Simpson, the father of the Simpsons family, goes for a routine health check up at work, the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. The results indicate that Homer has become infertile as a result of working at the power plant, and could potentially sue for millions in compensation. In order to avoid this, the boss of the power plant, Mr. Burns, tricks Homer into waiving his rights to sue for a cash prize of $2000. Homer's half brother, Herb Powell, finds out about this, and pays Homer a visit. Herb proposes to the Simpsons family that they lend him the $2000 to make a baby translator, and he promises to pay the Simpsons family back. Homer is reluctant, but the rest of the family convince Homer to help Herb, since Homer unintentionally ruined Herb's business in a previous episode. Herb Successfully develops his baby translator, and subsequently makes a fortune. In the end, Herb pays the Simpsons family back, plus extras, and forgives Homer for ruining his business. Homer and Herb exchange hugs, and say their farewells.

Homer and Herb share one final hug.

Review
I found this to be one of my favorite Simpsons episodes. The plot was interesting, and had a nice ending. It really showed the love and humanity between family. At first, I was a bit sad to see Herb treat Homer with such contempt. I understand that Homer destroyed Herb's business, but he didn't mean to! And he's your brother! But, in the end, Homer was able to repay Herb, by lending his prize money of $2000 to Herb. This really shows just how selfless Homer Simpson is, because that $2000 represented a lot of money to him. The ending was fantastic. It was quite heart-warming to see Herb take Homer outside, and tell him that they could call each other brother again,

Rating
Overall, I give this episode an 8/10. The ending was fantastic, I give that a 9/10.

Final Thoughts
Great episode from the classic Simpsons era. I highly recommend this episode for Simpsons fans!
